Hello ! Thank you for taking the time to shop on Rose's sight.
We want to make sure your comfortable throughout the whole shopping experience and receive your products in there best form.
However if that is not the case , we first apologize for the inconvenience but let us make it right with you. If there is an issue with your order please send an email with your receipt and order number and a explanation of what happened. Understand that certain things are out of our control after a certain point , such as errors made at post offices etc but we will do our best to fix whatever problem may arise if there is to be one.
